Why do we need to stay hydrated?
Have you ever get the feeling each day that there are too many things to do and get done that at some point your body couldn’t handle and continue what you have been doing anymore as you feel mentally and physically exhausted from it all. It’s easy to lose our clarity and feel heavy and drained until we hydrate our body, because somehow whenever we drink water we get more energy to do anything worthwhile, while it also refreshes the mind.
It is no secret that Dehydration affects our ability to cope up with things as “The Journal of Sport and Health Science” concluded that being dehydrated hurts any physical tasks for any activity longer than 30 seconds. So it is suggested to drink water whenever you feel thirsty to not feel sluggish and tired whenever you are about to do physically demanding tasks.
You need to drink enough to stay hydrated since the human body is largely made of water. “It makes up about two-thirds of who we are and influences 100 percent of the processes in our body” So don’t deprive yourself of it if you are in dire need of one, because even if we can live for up to 50 days without food, we can only survive a few days without water.
Remember, Good hydration is essential to life and dehydration will kill you.
