How you can cope up with depression and its basic signs?

To suffer from depression consumes many people, it’s the constant dark thoughts that runs through the back of our minds and the feeling of being unloved, the loneliness and worthlessness, that people who suffer from had repeatedly experienced. Really it’s a dark place to live in. It is quite impossible though for some people who haven’t experienced this feeling to put into words how depression feels like, so I’m just going to put it this way; Depression is clearly a never-ending cycle of enduring sad emotions and feeling too much burden all at once. It is hard to get back up on your feet when you are drowned in these thoughts as you hopelessly feel alone, thinking that no one is there for you even if you might be surrounded by hundreds of people. It is an overwhelming feeling that affects both physically and mentally especially when it hits you when you are least prepared. There are many ways how a person can be depressed, for instance, many people have experienced a relationship that isn’t working out great and therefore have resulted in breakups from their partners as well as grieving from a loved one that has passed away. These people, of course, experienced a moment of sadness, but while there are people that tends to handle their emotions a little better and somehow get back up their feet easily, there are still some people that would get too deep with their emotions…
