How to practice self- care and why is it Important

What is Self-care? Self-care is much like Self-love, it’s about being able to care and have a love for yourself, but self-care won’t work without self-love, because you have to love yourself first in order to start caring for yourself. So when you practice self-care you are allowing yourself to become the better person you think you’re supposed to be and you allow yourself to be in the place you’re supposed to be at as you manifest the good things in life. You improve yourself in any way you can possibly think of whether it’s physically, mentally or emotionally and giving everyone the ability to love you more because of the idea that no one will love and care for you more than your own self, that you have to care about yourself more than you care about others. Thus, will help you improve and boost your low self-esteem making you feel generally positive about your whole life and be able to cope with the ups and downs you are facing throughout your life. Basically treating ourselves to what is right for our body, mind, and soul without being critical of ourselves.

So why exactly is Self-care important?

Self-care is the key to a healthy and balanced life and it is definitely important because it makes us maintain a healthy relationship with ourselves which helps boost our confidence and self-esteem.
